Meet Christiane Matey, MSHS, RDN, LDN, ABAAHP

Hi, I’m Christiane — founder of MINT Nutrition, licensed nutritionist, registered dietitian, mother, and chef. I’m obsessed with crafting delicious, healthy food from scratch and living a healthy lifestyle in Mooresville, North Carolina.

My Food-Centric Childhood

Parented by two hard-working chefs, I became enamored with cooking and food at a young age. We lived above the restaurant in a small town in New Hampshire, and I was my father’s shadow in the kitchen. My childhood also included trauma that led to frustrating struggles with my body, my weight, and GI issues. Ultimately, this simultaneously joyful and complicated relationship with food (and my body) fueled me to help people take control of their lives with holistic nutrition, integrative medicine, and mind-body wellness.

Meet Brynn, MSAN, RDN, LDN

Hi, I’m Brynn! By day, I work in brand marketing, and by night, I channel my passion for wellness into helping others discover the joy of nutritious food. Originally from Chicago, I now call Charlotte home, where I live with my husband, Will, and our adorable new pup, Max. 

I studied at Clemson University for undergrad and went on to earn my master’s in nutrition from the University of New England. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on the greenways with Max or in the kitchen testing simple, nourishing recipes. Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or boring—and I love showing others just how fun and delicious healthy habits can be!

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve spent decades in the health and wellness world, and I’m still just as passionate about it as ever. From teaching group fitness classes and coaching clients one-on-one to managing fitness centers, I’ve loved every opportunity to help people live healthier, more balanced lives.

I live in Mooresville with my husband and our two daughters. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with family and friends or soaking up the outdoors. Encouraging others on their wellness journey is what lights me up—and I believe that with the right support, anyone can feel their best.

Hi there — I’m Eileen! As a former supply chain leader with over 25 years of experience, I led cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence with strategic problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. A deep interest in the impact of diet and lifestyle on long-term health eventually led to my transition into integrative and functional nutrition.

As a Results Coach, I’m passionate about helping people achieve sustainable health transformations. I combine evidence-based nutrition strategies with compassionate, personalized coaching to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to reach your wellness goals. I’m here to guide you toward lasting, meaningful change so you can feel your best every day.
