Not only do we want our salad dressings to be healthy, we want them to be easy. That’s why we made this simple, straightforward Sea Salt Lemon Hummus Dressing just for you (well, and us). The ingredient list is as pared down as they come, and all you need to do in order to have this lemony hummus dressing whipped up in less than a minute are combine the ingredients in a bowl and then mix in with your favorite salad greens and veggies.

  • 1/4 cup hummus

  • 1/2 cup lemon

  • Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, mix in with your favorite salad, enjoy!

Note: You can make this ahead of time, or just place everything in a bowl and then squeeze the lemon over your dish when you’re ready to eat.
