The ingredient list is as pared down as they come, and all you need to do in order to have this lemony hummus dressing whipped up in less than a minute are combine the ingredients in a bowl and then mix in with your favorite salad greens and veggies.

1/4 cup hummus
1/2 cup lemon
Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, mix in with your favorite salad, enjoy!
Note: You can make this ahead of time, or just place everything in a bowl and then squeeze the lemon over your dish when you’re ready to eat.
